Angela was very friendly with a quick response time and got me on the schedule first thing the next day for Charles to come out and assess the situation. I have used Charles and Sanctified Plumbing to replace my hot water heater, a toilet, old faucet and various plumbing emergencies. They are always very responsive and great to deal with. Their work is quality and I never feel like they are overcharging. No plumbers aren’t cheap, but I have added to the scope of work while they are onsite for minor things and they have never even added onto the charges. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had been without hot water since Tuesday going back/forth with Liberty Home Guard (LHG) who I was told had escalated it. NOT - Charles and Angela came out and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOT THE HOT WATER HEATER GOING AGAIN, I WON’T HAVE TO BOIL WATER ANOTHER DAY🙌🏽. - BOTH WENT THE EXTRA MILE: Charles ensuring I had hot water and Angela calling and trying to get LHG to escalate the issue as they stated they had.
