We had a sewer back up at our Roseville property and were at a loss about what to do. Thankfully, we called Specialized Plumbing and Charles, their technician, showed up. He was not only extremely professional and punctual, but he also communicated effectively about our issue, explaining that snaking the main line should solve the problem. His problem-solving skills were excellent, and he carried out the task with great efficiency and cleanliness. Beyond his skills, Charles was friendly and made the process less stressful for us. Called specialized plumbing and sewer repair for a full 80' trenchless sewer line replacement. Angela was very friendly with a quick response time and got me on the schedule first thing the next day for Charles to come out and assess the situation. I would recommend Sanctified Plumbing and Sewer Repair. I called on Saturday and they stopped by to assess our situation on Sunday. They returned on Monday to find our backup and clear the line. I have used Charles and Sanctified Plumbing to replace my hot water heater, a toilet, old faucet and various plumbing emergencies. They are always very responsive and great to deal with. Their work is quality and I never feel like they are overcharging. No plumbers aren’t cheap, but I have added to the scope of work while they are onsite for minor things and they have never even added onto the charges. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had been without hot water since Tuesday going back/forth with Liberty Home Guard (LHG) who I was told had escalated it. NOT - Charles and Angela came out and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOT THE HOT WATER HEATER GOING AGAIN, I WON’T HAVE TO BOIL WATER ANOTHER DAY🙌🏽. - BOTH WENT THE EXTRA MILE: Charles ensuring I had hot water and Angela calling and trying to get LHG to escalate the issue as they stated they had.
